SALVATORE MAZZARELLA

Salvatore Mazzarella was born in 1983 in Siracusa. He studied Management and Finance at Bocconi University in Milan. He works as a Salary Partner at Tax and Legal Advisory Milano, providing companies of all sizes with professional support in the fiscal sector, transfer pricing, company finance and reporting among companies. He is the CFO and is an ad interim member of the council, and is in charge of: budgeting, forecasting, corporate monitoring, associated reporting, performance and profitability monitoring, capital increase, CLN issue, corporate liquidation, cash flow management, supervision of accounting and tax functions and ERP software implementation.
