Project: An heritage that lives again
Product: Reportage
Description:
Fondazione Patrimonio Ca’ Granda created “Premio Ca’ Granda” together with Istituto Italiano di Fotografia to promote the places, activities and people of the farms managed by the foundation. The students of IIF Professional Biennial Photography Course stood out with their interpretation of this precious historical and cultural heritage.
The idea behind the project “An heritage that lives again” – consistent with the other activities of the foundation – is to artistically enhance this enormous public heritage, thus contributing to the memory of the long tradition of solidarity and care started centuries ago by Ca’ Granda.
Among the initiatives of Premio Ca’ Granda we will find: the blow ups of the five winners’ photos displayed in the Francesco Ponti pavillion at Policlinico, a photo book and a permanent exhibition in the corridors of the clinic.
The awarded students are: Gorino Salito for the category Farms; Cosimo Beduini-Paolo Fava for Nature; Riccardo Lombardini for People; Daniela De Rosa for Production; Noemi Boccasile for Free topic.
